• A Pre-Order item is a highly sought-after product that you can reserve in advance, even before it’s manufactured. 
• The SS24 Collection is available for Pre-Order purchases from 09.11.23 - 10.15.23, so make sure you save the dates! 
• All orders will be manufactured and shipped in the order they are received. Orders typically take 7-14  business days to process and ship. You will be notified by email when your order is manufactured. All items are produced in New York City.   
• Rest assured, all purchased Pre-Ordered items will be shipped complimentary. We will email you a tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped. 
• It is important to note that all Pre-Ordered items will be considered final sale and cannot be canceled. 
• While we do not offer refunds for any items, we are pleased to provide you with the opportunity to exchange your purchase for credits towards a different size or item within 30 days after delivery.
